What is trad climbing?
Well, that’s how the first climbers started, before the bolts arrived on our cliffs. So we climb by putting our own equipment in the cracks and holes to ensure our safety. We take back the material back on the way down and it’s not seen or known: this is what in England is called “clean climbing”.

IN PRACTICE :
We can integrate a trad climbing day into a trip, or do a one-day initiation around Grenoble. The initiation is done on single pitch routes (ex: Col du Coq, Annot) and trad multipitch routes can be envisaged for the most experienced climbers.
Technical equipment (harness, helmet, ropes, cams…) is provided but feel free to bring your own.
What to bring: sportswear, shoes, food and drink, motivation and a big smile!
Price: 320€ per day
Dividable by the number of people (8 max)
